Analytics & reporting
Know exactly what your marketing is doing
You cannot improve what you cannot see. I build the tracking, attribution, and reporting that show which efforts drive revenue and which quietly waste budget, so every decision has evidence behind it.
What’s included
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking: I set both up and check that every key action is counted correctly.
- Attribution modeling: I build attribution across channels so you can see which ones contribute to revenue.
- Dashboards: I build dashboards around the metrics you use to make decisions.
- Data cleanup: I clean up your data and consolidate reporting into one source of truth.
- Insight reviews: I review the numbers with you and turn them into next steps.
How I approach it
I make measurement serve decisions. I get the tracking right at the source, connect it to revenue, and build reporting your team will actually use. Then I meet with your team regularly to turn the data into moves. That includes CAC and LTV reporting, where I settle the definitions with finance before any math runs. A migration is where measurement most often breaks, so I also cover keeping GA4 and Google Tag Manager intact through a site migration. Where tracking can’t follow a buyer, I add self-reported attribution, so the sources the software misses still reach the report.
Platforms this runs on
Most of this runs on tools you may already own. Here is what the work needs and what I would pick if you are starting from scratch.
What you need
- Analytics and tag management: GA4 and Google Tag Manager with admin access.
- Data sources: ad platforms, CRM and website connected to one reporting layer.
What I recommend
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Google Data Studio or another data reporting platform for dashboards.
- Your CRM (HubSpot, Pardot or SharpSpring) as the pipeline source.
